Nathan Kabala


Nathaniel is a social scientist with 10 years’ experience in designing, conducting, analysing and presenting research findings, as well as programming. He has led successful research projects on Countering Violent Extremism (e.g. BRICS, Scofied Associates) and other research projects (e.g. IDS University of Development Studies, Making all Voices Count), and also managed relationships with Civil Society Organizations (e.g. Bunge la Mwananchi, Mathare Social Justice Centre).

Nathaniel works with Wasafiri consulting as RRU research manager, overseeing 6 BRICS county coordinators in Kenya. He has co-authored articles on the political state and education, and made presentations at CVE conferences. He is passionate about applying research findings in the development of local communities.

Nathaniel is currently completing his Master’s degree in Gender and Development studies at Kenyatta University.
